India Writes (www.indiawrites.org) is an e-magazine and journal focused on international affairs, the India Story, emerging powers, books/ideas and dialogue among cultures. India Writes is the media venture of TGII Media Private Limited, a New Delhi-based media, publishing, research and consultancy company.
We encourage high-quality journalism, original writing and research/analysis on a wide spectrum of areas, including international affairs, public policy, politics, culture, literature and the arts.
Vacancies: India Writes is looking to recruit journalists, copy editors, researchers and analysts to join its young and vibrant editorial team.
Candidates with professional journalistic experience and background in international affairs, English literature and the humanities will be preferred.
Research: For those wishing to pursue a career in research/analysis, we are developing special sections and research modules on China, Africa, Asia-Pacific, the Global South and emerging powers.
Interviews: Short-listed candidates will be invited for interviews. Attractive compensation awaits suitable candidates.
Internship: We also encourage students pursuing post graduate studies, M. Phil and Ph. D scholars to apply for internship. The internship period will vary from one month to three months. A modest stipend will be paid in the first month of internship. After completion of a month, the candidate will be appraised and, if found suitable, will be offered a job at India Writes.
